Streptococcus agalactiae infection in camels (Camelus dromedarius) in Kenya

Subclinical mastitis in camels due to Streptococcus agalactiae (Lancefield type B) was Cardio-Pulmonary Monitors - ECG Mounts studied in different camel management systems in Kenya (Somali, Pokot, ranch-camels).A presumed correlation between TURKEY TAIL the S.agalactiae copyright status of the mother and performance of the calf was examined in ranch-camels.Possibilities for detection, treatment and control of S.agalactiae mastitis in camels are discussed.
